We do NOT accept guests under the age of 18 years old. You will be refused accommodation and will be charged the first night of your accommodation.

The máximum number of clients in a reservation will be 8.

During normal season this property has a 48 hour cancellation/modification policy. PLEASE check below for SPECIAL SEASON DATES & CONDITIONS

There will be no charge, providing your notification directly on written source by 00:00 (two full days before the arrival date). Any cancellation/modification made after this time will supose the charge of the first night of the reservation. Any No-Show will be charged the first night of the reservation.

In case of No-Show, after the charge of the first night, the reservation will remain active until 3pm of the next day, or if you are in communication with us about the reservation. If the charge of the first night is denied in the credit card provided, we will cancel it immediately.

Late check-out service is not available. The property has the right of charge a penalty of 20€ per each hour of delay in the check-out.

Lost property will remain in the hostel during a maximun of 72h, or unless you are in communication with us about it. After this time, we don’t take responsability of them.

SPECIAL SEASON DATES & CONDITIONS:

– 24/03/2024 to 30/03/2024 (both days included, Semana Santa)

– 12/04/2024 to 20/04/2024 (both days inlcuded, Feria de Sevilla).

During these two periods we have a 14 day cancellation policy. Any no-show, cancellation or modification made after this 14 days of your arrival date will supose the charge of the full amount of the reservation. We have the right to charge 100% of the reservation during this 14 day period. Any charges not accepted will supose the cancellation of the reservation.
